The Junior Graphic Designer will work alongside experienced designers and cross-functional teams to create and update visual materials for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate has a good foundation in design, is comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite, and is eager to learn and develop new skills.

Incorporate feedback and revisions from senior team members.

Work on multiple projects while meeting assigned deadlines.

Collaborate with other members of the creative and product development teams.

Learn packaging, printing, and production processes as part of the role.

Assist the Creative Department with additional projects as needed.

Qualifications

Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication

Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus.

Basic understanding of typography, layout, color, and composition.

Strong attention to detail.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Ability to follow creative direction and incorporate feedback.

Ability to manage multiple assignments with guidance.

Willingness to learn new skills, software, and processes.

Portfolio demonstrating design skills, whether through professional, freelance, internship, personal, or school projects.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Creative and interested in developing their design skills.

Detail-oriented and organized.

Curious and willing to learn.

Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Interested in consumer products, branding, packaging, and visual design.

Able to balance creativity with accuracy.

Positive, dependable, and willing to take on new challenges.

Experience

Previous professional packaging experience is not required.

Experience with packaging, print production, photography, product design, illustration, or similar creative work is a plus, but candidates will have the opportunity to learn these areas on the job.

We value creativity, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a strong design foundation over previous industry-specific experience.

Growth Opportunity

This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of graphic design projects, with particular exposure to consumer product design, packaging, branding, and production.

The Junior Graphic Designer will work with experienced team members to develop their creative and technical skills while gradually taking on greater responsibility and ownership of projects.

Submission Requirement

A link to an online portfolio or examples of design work is required with the application. Portfolio work may include professional, freelance, internship, school, or personal projects.
