Job Description

Technical Account Manager

Bundle is transforming how the construction industry buys building materials. The construction procurement process is complex, fragmented, and inefficient—costing teams both time and money. Bundle's platform helps builders, developers, and contractors centralize procurement, get competitive vendor pricing, and streamline purchasing workflows across projects. We help customers run their purchasing process at 10x speed, while driving 10–20% in cost savings per project.

Founded in 2021 by Janna and Edison out of Stanford. Backed by top VCs and generating >$10M on-platform transactions annually. Powering the construction of 500+ homes across 15+ states (and counting). Growing quickly and building the future of construction procurement.

We're looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team and own day-to-day client relationships. You'll be the primary point of contact for our builder customers—helping them source quotes, manage procurement workflows, and resolve order issues. You'll work closely with our project coordination team (4 team members) who handle data entry and backend quoting tasks. Your focus will be on clear communication, smooth execution, and delivering great customer experiences that drive repeat business and revenue growth.

This role is based in the Bay Area, in-person 2x/week with the team in Bundle's Oakland office and 3x/week remote/work from home. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being customer-facing while also digging into operations and process improvement at a fast-moving startup.

What You'll Do
  • Own customer relationships: Manage onboarding, purchasing, and ongoing communication for assigned builder accounts
  • Drive project execution: Coordinate new project requests, quote sourcing, and procurement workflows between customers and the offshore coordination team
  • Resolve issues quickly: Triage product, order, or vendor-related issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Hold regular client check-ins: Lead weekly or monthly calls to review upcoming projects, address challenges, and align on expectations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and help shape platform improvements
  • Track performance: Monitor account activity, purchasing volume, and revenue goals to ensure targets are met
  • Optimize processes: Identify ways to improve sourcing efficiency, quote turnaround, and internal handoffs
Who You Are
  • 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Project Coordination
  • Background in construction, procurement or supply chain is a plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills—comfortable interfacing with builders, vendors, and internal teams
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
  • A proactive problem solver who enjoys taking ownership and driving results
  • Team-oriented, positive attitude, and bias toward action
  • Excited to grow with a company where you can solve real problems for contractors, interior designers, and real estate developers
  • We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive team. If you're excited about this role, but do not meet 100% of the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply
Compensation and Benefits
  • $60K base salary + up to $30K+ additional OTE based on revenue performance
  • Competitive equity package
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Roth/Traditional 401K
  • Unlimited PTO (with approval)
  • Annual wellness stipend
  • Remote-friendly; hybrid work 2x/week in-person (Bay Area)
  • Bi-annual company offsites
